Your special little Ivy was very loved. As people have said in posts before me, a hamster who was two years old is a very elderly hammie indeed. I am so sorry for your lost, but don't feel like either you or your son were bad hammie parents. From the sound of things, you guys were amazing and truly loved your little girl.
