It's free but I think it has limited use on the free version and might put a watermark on the photos. It's very good for resizing - not the actual size of the photo on the forum page, but shrinking the file size. Quick and easy. I decided to pay for it as it's a one-off payment for life (about £30 I think) and use it for all sorts of photo editing now.
