He's doing really well. When I got him they said he had a respiratory problem when he came in, but they gave him antibiotics and it didn't clear, so they think it's something similar to asthma. However, due to him having treatment he's tame and used to being handled, so he's being a very easy first dwarf for me (I've had 7 Syrians and my sister has had 3, but we've never had a dwarf). He seems to be settling in well, and my current Syrian doesn't mind him being around in the same room, and hopefully I'll be able to build him a cage in a week or a couple of weeks' time.
