Do you mean the water bottle fell on him or do you have a bowl?
He's unlikely not to drink but if the bottle fell on him he may be a little scared of it, you could just try moving it to a different position.
They don't drink much so he may just be drinking when you're not around, you can leave a small piece of cucumber in the cage if you are worried he's not drinking as he can get fluid from that.
