A small (cleaned) ceramic pot on its side filled with soft bedding works for something your ham won't turn. A tissue box works well too, as said above. To make it more private, you can measure out cardboard to fit the top. Cut out a reasonable-sized hole on the side of the tissue box or in the cardboard so the ham can get in and out. Glue the cardboard to the top of the tissue box and viola!
