Not as easy or practical as it may sound Amity, I have a the 9" silent runner in my HH with an area fenced off as the substrate needs to be a fair bit lower even with that size & the cage isn't that big so you really do have to compromise on your set up & substrate in the rest of the cage so a different wheel probably is the best option & as Serendipity says the 12" very likely wouldn't even fit.
