Default Re: Any water bottles that dont leak? or tips for leaking water bottles?

I had loads of problems with water bottles. I settled on the Ferplast drinky mouse sized ones (not the "sippy", the "drinky") Spout is a bit thicker - never seemed to drip (hardly) and seemed to let water out really well. They're my favourite ones. I'm guessing you're in the US. I couldn't find the 75ml mouse sized one on Amazon.com but I did find the 150ml one on ebay - not sure what the postage would be!

I personally am not keen on the idea of a water dish - and it can depend on the hamster as well - ours wouldn't use a water dish. They can get contaminated easily with bedding or the hamster can fall in and get wet. It would need to be very shallow water and maybe on a shelf. I'd stick with bottles and keep a dish as an emergency option.
