Attaching another bin is what I'm planning to do once he's adjusted to his new home
I just don't have the tools to do it now and I couldn't find a larger bin this quickly.
He usually has a sand bath but I've removed it because the sand was rubbing on his poor skin and irritating it further. He's doing better now though and I should be able to put it back in a few days.
Tomorrow I'm going to add an egg carton maze and a tissue box for him to hide in. He really liked his old egg cartons but one of them is with Franny and the other one got blood in it and had to be thrown away
A burrowing bin is a good idea! I have something similar for my hybrid Marcello
