Sadly breeders in Devon, Cornwall and Somerset are very-very rare for all the species, there is a show coming up in Feb. In Bath that /may/ have some on the sales table but I doubt it. The closest Robo breeder I know to Devon and Cornwall is somewhere near Southampton and that's Doric Hamstery.
Because at the current time hamsters of all species struggle to get pregnant - it may be best to wait until the Dawlish Hamster show which may prove to have robo babies on the sales table and that's the 1st April - It did last year.
You could always contact The Southern Hamster Club and ask if there are any Roborovski breeders near Cornwall. But not sure if it would turn up anything.
