About a month ago I split my roborovski hamsters up and therefore had to buy separate water bottles. The new one I bought for Hamlet is the 'classic' in the small size. I know it's quite popular- it has an orange lid. This is it just to clarify-

Hamlet doesn't seem to be able to get any water out of it and I don't know why? Any tips or ideas would be appreciated.
