I don't think putting new things in straight after a clean is a good idea if you do full cleans, did you put some of her old nest material in the new hideout?
It might be an idea to put her old one back for now, give her time to settle after the clean then try again in a few days or so & keep her nest or substrate from the old hideout & put it in the new one.
