She should be alright to be taken out now, a week and a half of settling in is plenty good, plus she seems very anxious to get out. Just make sure you don't take her out when she's going insane, this encourages her poor behavior of jumping and trying to escape. Instead, wait until she sits quietly playing, this way she learns calm and peaceful=time out to play
