The amount to be fed depends on the weight of your hamster,but once you have that amount divided by 10 that should be a good indicator of how many grams you should be feeding and then calculate that into something easier to measure such as teaspoons.A 44g hamster,for example,would probably eat a bit under a teaspoon of food
You could also just try and feed less often,like feeding every 2-3 days instead of every day.
