May I just remind people when posting in these review threads that every hamster is different and the size and set up of the cage should reflect their individual needs. Some hamsters thrive in a larger cage while others feel more secure in a more enclosed space and this cage (and those of a similar size) is, for some hamsters, the most suitable option for their needs.

Comments regarding the sizing of cages remain the opinions of individual members and do not represent a general rule.
