Hi HC. Just wondering how to remove urine from wood? Our Ralph has peed a lot in his wooden house that's some times in his cage. We are unable to get the smell out as really soaked well into the wood
We've not had this problem before -not sure how to fix it. We've sprayed pet safe disinfectant on the wood and left it a few days (please note wooden house is not in his cage). But it still smells...
Any advice appreciated! Plus want to learn what to do if this happens again
Don't really want to threw out this toy out but will if need to!
