Default Re: Weird hamster leg?

UPDATE: When we went to the vet, she took a needle and ejected some of the fulid from the pimple-ish like spot on Willow. My family and I just decided to let Willow live her life out, since the surgery was too expensive, and she had a 50/50 chance of making out alive. Two days ago I found Willow "sleeping" in her cage. I have a special signal noise that I make and when I do it Willow usually wakes up. I tried it multiple times, and she didn't reply. I petted her back, and she didn't move which was very unusual. I ran downstairs crying at my mother that I think that Willow was dead. And very sadly, my mother told me the truth that she had passed away that morning during her sleep. My mother saw her eyes peacefully close, and told me that Willow wasn't alone when she passed. Her death was very unexpected to me, and as I am typing this I am on the verge of a full out cry. Willow died on November 30, 2016. I just want all of the hamster parents out there to love your hamster, because you never do know when you say I love you is really the last time.
I don't know yet if I will get another hamster, but if I do I will love them unconditionally and not take him/her for granted.
To my dearest Willow, I will forever love you. I am glad that you are in a better place now, even though you are not with me. I miss you like crazy, but I am glad you are not in pain anymore.I wish that I could say goodbye to you just one more time, have you crawl over me during training sessions just one more time, and have your happy spirits and cute little face here with me just one more time. Love you beyond words and time, Willow. Don't ever forget that my little nugget. <3
