With any pair to a greater or lesser degree there will always be a dominant/more confident one & a submissive/less confident one & this is probably what you're seeing with your girls.
I would stop using a food bowl & scatter feed to make sure Raptor has plenty of opportunity to get to food & do everything you can in their cage to avoid any territorial issues.
It is early days so I would just keep a close eye on them & give Raptor more time to settle for now.
