I have 2 kinds of meal worms, the ones for reptiles (dried) which are yellow and the bird meal worms which are a reddish brown. They seem to really like the bird meal worms but heard they are made in such a way that they are higher in fat (not sure?) I mostly feed them meal worms made for reptiles. They are a little more expensive but they both might be the same nutritionally? Again I'm not positive there is any difference between the two type of meal worms as far as one being healthier than the other?
