Re: All About My Pumpkin
Thank You Serendipity7000 and Thin Lizzy - I'm so glad our first taming session went well.
Today Pumpkin had her second taming session, she didn't brave climbing into my hands but did think about it - but from experience with my past Syrians they did take few step back in taming - but she was having fun running around the playpen, scent marking all her toys and searching for hidden treats. Pumpkin was having fun which is important.
How many dried mealworms would it be ok to feed Pumpkin a day/ or per week? - As I have been using a dried mealworm to encourage her to go back in her cage in which she eats in the cardboard box as she is being transported back to her cage.
Today I have put a sand bath in Pumpkin's cage for the first time - she has really enjoyed digging in it but has kicked some sand although most still remains in her sand bath - which is a surprise - she has also used it as a toilet too.
