I think it is too small for any hamster. Robos need 415 square inches, Syrians need 500(Ireland minimum)
A single male mouse could live in it. You'd need a cover though. As for females they need 360 square inches for a pair. So really all you could use that tank for is 1 male mouse.
I am very experienced in mouse care if you would like advice on them.
You will need a mesh cover for your Aquarium if you plan to use it for an animal.
