It be that she needs anaethetised and the teeth cut using a burr tool to save moving the roots.

Sorry guys I meant 6 months old not obtuse hah and when we first noticed her malocclusion the vet said removal was not an option and trimming have seemed fine up to now, but I have been worrying about those black patches at the roots of her teeth :/
