Default Re: Hamster Balls?

Other than the issues which have already been mentioned like balls not allowing hamsters to use their senses, balls can be extremely dangerous for tiny feet and claws.Severe injury can be caused,or if it goes to a certain point ripping a claw off could potentially lead to death if the bleeding is not immediately stopped.

I personally do find them to be a massive waste of money. You can have a playpen for free depending on what you use,or it won't cost a lot of money anyways, while hamster balls especially those large enough for Syrians will cost way more than they are worth with all the risks they bring and how unnatural they are in comparison.
