Good point. I think I suggested hemp seeds before posting the article on diabetes diet! Mainly for their vitamins. I don't think you need to spent $300 to get them diagnosed either. You are doing the best. That article does say that diet and hydration can make a big difference. The diabetes can't be cured, just managed. I don't know much about the use of Fenugreek, but if you did decide to do that it would probably need to be combined with daily testing for sugar levels to up or down the dose of Fenugreek and may need a bit of expert advice on this, not from me!
