If she's in a perspex cage now then a Duna Multy might be a better option than the Alaska as it's a familiar type of cage. Because it has such a big door on top, you can put your arm in at an angle, so it's not quite like coming directly from above
If that makes sense. How long has she been in her current cage? As the others say, it might be good to let her settle a bit before changing it, but depends how active she is maybe. When moving a hamster to a new cage you can sometimes put the whole base of the old cage inside the new one and surround it with new substrate and other new toys etc, so it feels familiar and she can explore out from the current cage base.
