It's hard to tell from the pic but their bits and pieces do come in and out quite a bit. You know him better than anyone and he does sound like he is perhaps uncomfortable down there so I would defo advise a check up with the vet. Thanks for replying ! He is my first and oldest, down there it looks like a hole where he'd urinate? Not sure if this is normal. I put him in a glass jar and looked but he kept moving
