I would give the veg & fruit a little break like Cypher mentioned. When giving new food mix, I've always just added a little bit each day over a couple of weeks. I use 2 types of hamster food with mine.
You've spotted this quickly, so just keep a close eye and make sure he's drinking. If the poo is still the same after 24 hours then make an appointment with the vet.
