I agree with Souffle. I've had both male and female, the female was always on the go and so hard to keep track of, she actually chewed her way out of a zoozone 2 as well! Never had anything like that from my boys. I've found the boys have actually tamed a little faster too but that might just be me. I've only had one girl so far so I can't say for sure they tame slower, just my experience.
