One option regardless of country would be a pair of Ikea Lack side tables for each dwarf hamster on their own.Each dwarf would get around 800 square inches/half a square meter of space to themselves instead of something like a Detolf which gives considerably less space if divided and costs far more.These can also be stacked to save space which is very useful when you don't have much space at all.

If they're already together though,keep in mind that a dwarf hamster on their own can be given a lot more variety when it comes to enrichment and if separated they will be perfectly fine plus there are so many risks that become eliminated with single dwarf hamsters!
