I am always on the lookout for a nice photo, I caught him eating and he stayed still for a few moments, so I grabbed my phone and made a little burst shoot, this one came out the best.
I can now say for sure he is a he, he became sexually mature a while ago, and he clearly has two little balls when I put him in a glass container to check.
I have the feeling he hasn't been handled from the beginning, and that's noticable when trying to handle him. He is very nervous, and sometimes tolerates being handled but isn't a big fan.
I try to handle them regularly but I notice he doesn't like it very much so I don't try to force it on him. It is a lot of fun watching him, he loves to run around and run in his wheel.
