Ok, some hamsters don't usually know how to use a flying saucer, it takes them a while to get used to it sometimes. What species hamster have you got?
To test if your hammie is using it place a bit of bedding on the wheel, if she uses it the bedding will have gone if she doesn't use it the bedding will remain
