The spray plaster is also antiseptic - it's good stuff - adds like a second skin to protect the wound (but skin needs to be dry before using the stitch strips and spray), so you'd need to wash the savlon cream off and let it dry well first. I would do the strips first and then the spray - sort of pull the edges of the cut together before or when you stick the stitches on - then it'll heal without leaving too much of a scar xxx Or go to the docs and let them do it
