I agree with Cypher, the mesh wheel needs to be changed as soon as possible as it puts pressure on the wrong areas of the feet, causing very painful blistering and swelling of the foot - this is known as bumble foot.

Wodent wheels seem to be quite popular in the US though as far as I know they can only be ordered online. They have a more enclosed running track than the comfort wheel, making the hamster feel safer inside. They come in 8', 11" and 12" sizes so are suitable for all species of hamster

The Silent Runner wheels are also very popular in the US however are a bit expensive. They are great, silent wheels though and come in 9" and 12" sizes
