Default Re: Fruit and Winter Whites?

It's Campbells Russian, Russian hybrid & Chinese which are prone to diabetes, WW aren't.
Fruit would be fine as a rare treat, do remember that fruit isn't a natural food for any ham so is best not given often.
Even with my diabetes prone species I give the occasional blue berry, or half usually, & they do love them!
A small piece of apple (no skin or pips) is another healthy option.
Dried fruits are much higher in sugar, may contain preservatives & can get a bit sticky so I really don't think they're a good idea.
