BIG CONFUSION, no one living in CA is allowed a Chinese hamster

Since she is movinig to the state of South Carolina that is not the state of California???

You are moving to North Charleston, South Carolina right????

Why would you think they are illegal if your moving to South Carolina

That's is no where near California even, I must be really be missing something here

I doubt there are any pet store in the State of California selling Chinese hamsters

but in fact there are penalties for being found with a Chinesey in CA
