I was going to suggest a flexi tube, but you already have one. A seesaw (not the tunnel one). A Whimsee or antos chew. Hides and things to climb on are liked by most hamsters. A deep digging area with sand or substrate could be nice. Bendy bridges can be useful as ladders, fences and steps to a platform.
