Unfortunately, it's not a suitable cage. It has mesh flooring, a vertical tube that I doubt most hamsters could scale and is far too small, not to mention the price! For £10 less she could have got an Alexander, the biggest cage marketed for hamsters. Can she return it and get a refund? Try to be tactful and maybe even offer her your old 4ft tank until she can get a suitable cage
