I like Oak Farm/Tammy's cage size page, as she doesn't recommend overly large cages -- all but one of the ones she mentions by name are the same size as, or smaller than, the zoozone 1
On the pine front, someone pointed out to me recently that the species of pine trees in the US and the species of pine trees in Europe/the UK are different, and that the phenol content is likely higher in the US ones than the European ones, so what is true for US pine cannot be extrapolated to UK pine, as they're just not the same. A bit anecdotal I know, but thought it was worth mentioning
