I shouldn't worry about it

If you can't smell it then it's not really necessary to spot clean it. If it starts to get whiffy it may be more obvious where it's coming from. They don't do very big pees. He could be peeing in the sand and then digging sand over it to cover it. They are quite clean really

(Although we have a Syrian rather than a dwarf so a bit different). Charlie always covers up his wee with a bit of substrate lol - very neat and tidy he is.
