It does look nice, there's a lot of air in there for a tiny ham so I would imagine your ventilation is adequate! You'd notice damp building up a bit if it wasn't but is sounds ok.
The only suggestion I would make is if you could do something with maybe bendy bridges or something along the front to make the substrate deeper without it all falling out when you open the doors, it doesn't look all that deep for a chinese, they do so love to burrow!
They love to climb too so with all that space maybe you could find some safe toys to climb on or maybe even find a way to hang hammocks or something, so much potential in there, lucky ham
