If she's not scratching in my opinion anyways your probably looking at something else besides mites causing the fur loss.

Some of the things it could be is hormonal, age (doesn't sound like age tho), internal tumor, Cushings, these are things that like I was saying only a vet would know for sure.

It's good that it doesn't seem to be causing her any discomfort at the moment. I'd still take her in so you would know what your dealing with.

You don't have to pay for expensive tests if the vet recommends testing, but just for peace of mind they might be able to tell you during the initial exam what they think it is.
