You can look on gumtree or another secondhand sales site for fish tanks. I got my 4ft fish tank for £58 which is a bargain for a tank that size. I use the living world bottle holder with the living world bottle. That included delivery (I asked if they would deliver it, and I offered I'd pay extra)

You will need a tank that is 3ft + to fit the minimum recommendation. You will also need to build a lid for it. I used some MDF and some wire mesh.
This is a picture of my tank when Winston used to live in it. The stand it is on is actually a shelving unit turned on its side. You can get similar ones from IKEA.
