Hi. Having kept a few single robos myself, I would say the Zoozone 1 would be large enough. You can even use the Ferplast Duna shelf in these cages or even make a shelf with a bendy bridge ramp.

I never bother with lids either as the curved line of the clear lids make it okay not to bother with meshing, but obviously if you think you have anything in the cage the robo could and would attempt to climb onto, then do take measures to mesh. Or indeed, if you have other, larger pets in the house like dogs/cats/ferrets etc....

I use a second hand Gabber Rex tank (same size as the ZZ1) and I`ve kept a single Chinese in this, two separate robos and now a Russian dwarf and they all love it. Maybe look for a second hand ZZ1?
