Hmmm, I hope they aren’t fighting. I think its possible dwarfs can be very vocal when living with one another. Though Im not positive, I dont have much experience with dwarfs. I have a small colony of gerbils and they will squeak at each other all the time over sleeping spots and food. They do something known as boxing, where it looks as though they are play fighting. Perhaps this is what your hamsters are doing?
If you can, id take a good look at both if your able to handle them and look for signs of fighting. It may be normal vocalizations but if its not you may have to separate them.
