yea i know the feeling, this kind of thing happened with me and milo. Same thing he was way to small to get out of the cage, or that's what i thought. Not to mention that he lives on top of a very tall wardrobe type thing and so to find him nowhere in sight was also very alarming. Glad you found him safe & sound! Did you do anything different to his cage after that? Or was the lid not on?
