I think generally it's recommended to leave them alone for 2 or 3 days to settle into a new cage, but in this case, as Cypher says, it might be better to remove the tubes so she makes a nest somewhere else and gets settled - rather than having to remove her nest when she has blocked up the tubes with nesting material!

Lots of tissue with your scent on sounds good

Which cage is it? The Hamster Heaven?
