If possible remove the tubes, they will often hide away & sleep, eat, hoard food & pee in tubes when they are new, common problem!
If you can better do it sooner rather than later so she can just get over it & make a nice nest else where, give her loads of shredded toilet tissue & she'll soon settle, those tubes can get condensation build up quickly & really aren't healthy.
