Well I guess there'd be a join at the front where the front piece clips on but not quite the same as the join of the running track I think. I found it ok - a bit flimsy but ok. I didn't keep it because it's about the same depth as the wodent wheel and Charlie is so chunky I thought his fur would get rubbed off lol.
