It sounds as though you're feeding her about the right amount of mix & she should be getting enough exercise (as long as her wheel is big enough & she can use it ok) so I doubt she'll get fat.
Ham weight varies a lot so you can't really compare one to another.
Have you got any photos or videos of her?
