Tonight she is running in her wheel as though she is going to wear it out, so I toddle over with a little treat of some Kiwi Fruit for her which she accepted with much devouring, so I opened her cage to stroke her so she gets used to being handled she edges out onto the cage door sniffing me as she does, she got right onto the edge of the door which I was holding flat, I started to guide her back into the cage, at which point she lept over my hand into open space and at least a metre to the floor, she flattened her body as she fell and landed feet first and then I caught her as she struggled to get away luckily I have quite big hands as she squirmed and jiggled to get away...
Having returned her to her cage with no apparent ill effects she went back to running like a loon in her wheel with occasional stops to look out at me or to go have a drink.
Personally my heart was beating so fast.......
Yes she is going to be quite a character just like how Forrest was, I sure do pick em....
