They should all be ok, check the size of the holes in the first cave thing though as you don't want your ham getting stuck if they're a bit small.
You do need to check resin things over, I have some & most are fine but some, especially cheaper ones can have some quite sharp rough edges.
ETA just had another look at that cave thing & would say it's too small, it does say for small fish & the overall size is only 15cm so the holes are probably about the right size for a ham to get it's head stuck!
